Shipping & Returns

At Herramientas Talabartería BC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
     

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale items or gift cards.
     

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
